3. Listing Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information submitted in your listing (text, logos, images, links, etc.).
You confirm that you have the rights to use all materials you upload.
TechPartner reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies or is deemed misleading, inappropriate, or irrelevant to our audience.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final, except in cases described in our Payment and Refund Policy .
Paid listings are activated only after successful payment and remain active for the duration of the purchased plan.
5. Duration and Renewal
Each paid plan has a defined duration (e.g., monthly or annual). If you select an auto-renewing plan, your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Free listings remain active at TechPartner’s discretion.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Upload viruses, malware, or scripts that could harm the website.
Copy, scrape, or republish data from TechPartner without permission.
Misrepresent your affiliation with any company or organization.
Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
TechPartner provides its platform “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding the number of visitors, leads, or business results your listing may generate.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
