The company is presenting solutions for inspection and metrology, wafer fab equipment, advanced packaging, and robotics, combining edge computing, machine vision, digital twins, GPU-accelerated data acquisition, and real-time AI processing.
For wafer fabrication, Advantech’s digital twin technologies allow engineers to validate control logic in virtual environments before hardware is ready, helping shorten development cycles. In advanced packaging, its GPU-powered platform processes large volumes of production data in real time to support faster optimization and improved yield.
Advantech is also demonstrating Physical AI and robotics technologies that combine sensing, AI, edge computing, and robotic systems to enable more intelligent and autonomous semiconductor manufacturing.
